Privacy

Your information and this site.

This page describes the information requested by the Cinemation Labs website and what happens when a form is connected and submitted.

Information you may provide

The forms ask for contact details and information relevant to a production enquiry, creator interest, or role interest. Depending on the form, this can include your name, email, company, creative discipline, portfolio or work links, project description, selected role, or availability.

Please do not send sensitive personal information, confidential scripts, or large files through these forms.

When information is sent

When you submit a form, its fields are sent to a Firebase Cloud Function, which validates them and emails forms@cinemationlabs.com and any additional inboxes configured by the site operator through Gmail SMTP. The function does not save submissions to a database. Firebase and Google may process connection details and service logs to operate and secure delivery.

The delivered message is retained in the receiving email accounts according to their access and retention settings. Do not include sensitive personal information, confidential scripts, or large files.

How information is used

Submitted information is used to respond to a studio enquiry, understand creator interest, or review interest in a future role. Creator interest and role interest are sent as distinct submission types. The email address you provide is included as the reply address.

Turnstile and external services

The forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated submissions. Turnstile processes technical signals, such as your IP address and browser information, to perform this check. See Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum for details.

This site does not add analytics or advertising tools. Links to other external websites are governed by those sites' own privacy practices.
